This was such a fun summer cake! And wouldn't you know it, for a cute little named Summer! This one was done with all frosting, because, well, she was turning 1. Pretty sure fondant is not on her list of likes at this point in life. Definitely made it easy for her to tear apart for those fun 1st birthday memories.
